FACTORY INSTALLER PROGRAM

As a Factory Installer for Endless Pools, Inc.(tm), the installation fee is $50 per hour with a cap set at $3,500. Here is what that convenience affords the customer:

Assistance with the unpacking of the crates
Assistance with short distance (less than 50') transport of the components to the pool area
Assembly of the pool panels on an acceptable base
Placement, alignment, and stabilizing the panels so there will be little flexing when water is added
Drilling any holes for jets and/or lights using customer-recommended locations
Insulating the wall panels that do no have drilled holes (Rigid insulation paid for by customer)
Installing whatever type of liner hanger that has been selected by the customer
Complete caulking of the pool where needed (Caulk paid for by customer)
Pool liner measurements taken and faxed to Endless Pools (for custom liners only)
Cleaning of pool interior
Installation of felt padding
Installation of vinyl pool liner
Installation of propulsion housing, interior benches, and mirror (if ordered)
Introduction of water - a steady source of water is needed such as through a garden hose
Cutting the liner to accommodate all through-wall fittings
Installation of through-wall fittings, hoses, and plugs
Completion of the pool water filling
Insulation of panels that have through-wall fittings
Installation of pool on-off switches and meters
Set up of the water quality components and optional brominator
Installation of the hydraulic system
Installation of the Retractable Cover

If the purchaser of the pool provides the installer with installation help the $3,500 cap may not be reached.

The customer(s) must sign the Deep-Six Underwater Systems, Inc. Liability Waiver before any work commences.

For an additional hourly fee the following services may be included:.

Coaching a plumber and/or electrician
Explaining how to maintain the pool water quality
Monthly visits for pool maintenance

Payment considerations:

The hourly rate is based upon the time the installer leaves Deep-Six Underwater Systems, Inc. in New Paltz until the time the installer leaves the job site that day.

After the initial visit, the customer may decide on purchasing and ordering the Endless pool. Once that is done, and Deep-Six Underwater Systems, Inc. has been chosen by the customer to be the installer, notification is required. Any materials required for the installation that are not supplied by Endless Pools will be charged to the customer.

All work is guaranteed to produce an Endless pool that performs as advertised. Although it is rare, should problems occur that are obviously the fault of Endless Pools, or Deep-Six Underwater Systems, Inc., within 30 days following the installation, they will be corrected with only the hourly travel charge mentioned above.

Deep-Six Underwater Systems, Inc. tries to provide the customer with an accurate estimate of the possible project start date. This date will be within a day or two, and the customer's schedule will be an important part of the prediction. The start date depends of expected pool component delivery, the expected seasonal weather patterns, the completion of site preparation, and our other customer needs.
