Call us at 845-255-7446. If you wish, you might want to send an E-MAIL first in order to find an item's cost to you.. Once the order fits your needs and you find the price to be better than the competition, a check or money order can be sent to: Deep-Six Underwater Systems, Inc.; 14 Deerpath Drive; New Paltz, NY 12561-2811. If paying by check it should be made out to: Deep-Six. Depending upon availability, shipments are made usually on the day the order is received.

We pay ground shipping in the USA on orders that total $50 or more. The shipping is done through UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service. If you want the shipment to arrive sooner it will be necessary for you to pay the difference in ground shipping vs. 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day Air. We do not pay shipping on scuba tanks, high-pressure cylinders, most compressors, compressor oil and filters, 5' or longer pole spears, items sent for servicing or repair, or swap items. We do provide an allowance for shipping to countries other than the USA for orders totalling $50 or more.
For the most part, the price you pay when purchasing through Deep-Six is below retail. Many of the items have a reduced price that cannot be advertised on the Internet because of manufacturers' restrictions. That is why it is so important to call us at 845-255-7446, E-MAIL, or send your inquiries through the regular mail. A prompt reply will be made by our staff.
Any items that provide LIFE SUPPORT underwater can only be sold to CERTIFIED DIVERS. PROOF OF CERTIFICATION must be provided prior to sale. We would need the scuba certification type (NAUI, PADI, SDI, TDI, etc.), level (Open Water Diver, Advanced, etc.), and your birthdate. That will allow us to verify the certification.

If you will include your email address in any correspondence we will keep you informed on the progress of the order. We do not use email addresses for promotion or advertising.
One last concern: Customers inquire at times why we do not include prices on our web page. We did at one time and it was a nightmare. Manufacturers change our costs, oftentimes at the beginning of the year, and that leads to a change in our discounted prices. If we have to keep track of, and change prices on the web page for hundreds of products, the logistics becomes overwhelming. And, if we miss a change we end up honoring what is advertised. So, the best thing to do is make it easy for you to call use toll-free and obtain the price without any attempt to make a hard sell.
